Monday August 17, 2009, 3:13 PM HOWELL, Michigan — Two Flint men are being are being charged with attempting to engage in sexual activity with children, and using a computer to do it. Robert Joseph Smith, 24, and Ronald Alan Blake, 50, both from Flint, were arrested in a sting along with seven other Internet predators -- most from across southeast Michigan.
