Three years after police found his 5-year-old daughter dead from liver failure and neglect inside a lice-infested Flint home, Jeffrey Kelley has been released from state prison.
Kelley, 37, father of the late Rose Kelley, was released on July 2 from the Florence Crane Correctional Facility in Coldwater. Kelley was placed on parole and ordered not to have contact with any children.
